ЭНДОСКОПИЧЕСКАЯ ХИРУРГИЯ ВНУТРИЧЕРЕПНЫХ ГИПЕРТЕНЗИВНЫХ КРОВОИЗЛИЯНИЙ
Аннотация
Статья посвящена эндоскопической хирургии гипертензивных внутричерепных кровоизлияний. В работе рассматриваются эволюция метода, показания к мини-инвазивному хирургическому лечению, хирургические доступы и варианты оперативных вмешательств в зависимости от анатомо-топографической формы кровоизлияний. Работу завершает анализ результатов лечения, в том числе исходов у оперированных больных и радикальности операций в зависимости от тяжести состояния пациентов, характера кровоизлияния и методики и сроков проведения операций.
