В работе рассматриваются эволюция метода, показания к мини-инвазивному хирургическому лечению, хирургические доступы и варианты оперативных вмешательств в зависимости от анатомо-топографической формы кровоизлияний. Работу завершает анализ результатов лечения, в том числе исходов у оперированных больных и радикальности операций в зависимости от тяжести состояния пациентов, характера кровоизлияния и методики и сроков проведения операций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article is dedicated to endoscopic surgery of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhages and presents the historical aspects of endoscopic surgery development, indications for minimally invasive surgical treatment, surgical approaches and techniques of surgical interventions depending on anatomical and topographic characteristics of hemorrhage.
