Первичные герминогенные опухоли центральной нервной системы

Аннотация
Цель исследования – описать современные взгляды на патогенез, особенности молекулярной биологии, диагностику, лечение первичных герминогенных опухолей центральной нервной системы, а также прогноз их лечения.
Материалы и методы. В обзор включен 51 источник литературы (4 русскоязычных и 47 англоязычных). Все работы были опубликованы в течение последних 20 лет.
Результаты и заключение. В настоящем обзоре отражены как общепринятые положения, так и особенности национального протокола лечения герминогенных опухолей, нюансы лечения, определяемые гистологическим типом опухоли. Наиболее эффективным методом лечения гермином считается лучевая и неоадъювантная химиотерапия. Для негерминомных герминогенных опухолей оптимальна химиотерапия и облучение с последующим тотальным удалением. Тотальная резекция опухоли сама по себе – идеальный метод лечения зрелых тератом. Проведение молекулярных и цитогенетических исследований позволит дополнительно выделить различные подтипы герминогенных опухолей центральной нервной системы, что станет основой для новых направлений терапии, улучшения результатов лечения и методов прогнозирования.
