СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ЛУЧЕВОЙ ТЕРАПИИ МЕТАСТАТИЧЕСКОГО ПОРАЖЕНИЯ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА

Аннотация

Несмотря на высокий уровень современной доказательной медицины, продолжаются споры о методах и тактике лечения метастатического поражения головного мозга. Быстро увеличивающаяся доказательная база демонстрирует, что радиотерапия обеспечивает эффективный и предсказуемый локальный контроль над опухолью, позволяет продлить продолжительность жизни, а также уменьшить вероятность развития новых метастатических очагов. Комплексный подход с сочетанием облучения всего головного мозга с методиками локального воздействия обладает наибольшим лечебным потенциалом и позволяет добиться лучших результатов.
