РАДИОЧАСТОТНАЯ ДЕНЕРВАЦИЯ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ БОЛЕВОГО СИНДРОМА ПРИ ПАТОЛОГИИ КРЕСТЦОВО-ПОДВЗДОШНОГО СОЧЛЕНЕНИЯ

Аннотация

В 15-30% наблюдений ведущей причиной болей в нижней части спины является не дегенеративно -дистрофическое поражение позвоночника, а патология крестцово-подвздошного сочленения (КПС). Большинство нейрохирургов, активно занимающихся лечением спинномозговой патологии, совершенно не знакомы с этой проблемой. В представленном обзоре освещаются вопросы клиники, диагностики и лечения поражений КПС. Особый упор сделан на клиническом использовании радиочастотной денервации КПС, т.к. в РФ эту технологию в лечении патологии КПС почти не используют.
