Спонтанная назальная ликворея: обзор литературы

Аннотация

Спонтанная назальная ликворея в силу редкости данной патологии и сложного этиопатогенеза остается недостаточно изученной. Схожесть клинической симптоматики с другими заболеваниями лор‑органов, низкая настороженность специалистов первичного звена приводят к несвоевременной диагностике и лечению, что обусловливает высокий риск развития осложнений. В последние годы проблематика диагностики и лечения этой патологии привлекает все больше внимания, о чем свидетельствует увеличение числа публикаций по данной теме.

В обзоре подробно рассмотрены вопросы этиопатогенеза, классификации, диагностики и лечения спонтанной назальной ликвореи на основе актуальных данных научной литературы.
