Схожесть клинической симптоматики с другими заболеваниями лор‑органов, низкая настороженность специалистов первичного звена приводят к несвоевременной диагностике и лечению, что обусловливает высокий риск развития осложнений. В последние годы проблематика диагностики и лечения этой патологии привлекает все больше внимания, о чем свидетельствует увеличение числа публикаций по данной теме.</p><p>В обзоре подробно рассмотрены вопросы этиопатогенеза, классификации, диагностики и лечения спонтанной назальной ликвореи на основе актуальных данных научной литературы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Due to its rarity and complex etiopathogenesis, spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea remains an understudied problem. Similarity of symptoms with other disorders of the ENT organs, low vigilance of primary care specialists lead to delayed diagnosis and treatment increasing the risk of complications.
