Чрескожная лазерная нуклеопластика на поясничном уровне: обзор литературы

Аннотация

Цель исследования – представить анализ клинических испытаний по изучению клинической эффективности и безопасности методики чрескожной лазерной нуклеопластики на основе сделанного обзора российских и зарубежных исследований.

Представлены современные литературные данные, освещающие вопросы показаний, противопоказаний, техники выполнения, эффективности и безопасности методики чрескожной лазерной декомпрессии межпозвонковых дисков у пациентов с дегенеративным заболеванием поясничных межпозвонковых дисков. Изложены современные данные о выборе наиболее рациональной тактики хирургического лечения пациентов с данной патологией. Обозначены актуальные, остающиеся нерешенными вопросы, что диктует необходимость проведения крупных рандомизированных плацебо‑контролируемых клинических исследований с включением результатов последних в систематические обзоры и метаанализы.
