Dr. Evzikov’s research activity concerns the investigation of factors affecting treatment outcomes in patients with ruptured anterior cerebral artery/anterior communicating artery aneurysms during the acute stage of subarachnoid hemorrhage, studying risk factors and surgical outcomes in patients with tumors of the central nervous system. Dr. Evzikov’s MD thesis was dedicated to anterior cerebral artery/anterior communicating artery aneurysm surgery; his DMSc thesis focused on surgical treatment of intraspinal tumors. He has coauthored 85 research articles. Dr. Evzikov is a leading world-class specialist in spinal tumor surgery.
