ХИРУРГИЧЕСКИЕ МЕТОДЫ ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ СОСУДИСТОГО СПАЗМА У БОЛЬНЫХ ПОСЛЕ РАЗРЫВА АНЕВРИЗМ СОСУДОВ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА

Аннотация

В представленном обзоре рассмотрена проблема профилактики и лечения сосудистого спазма у больных с разрывом артериальных аневризм головного мозга. В работе рассмотрены основные механизмы патогенеза вазоспазма, факторы риска его развития. Обсуждаются методики профилактики и лечения спазма, их эффективность и безопасность у больных с нетравматическим субарахноидальным кровоизлиянием. Среди них наибольшее внимание уделено интрацистернальному и внутрижелудочковому введению фармакологических препаратов, в том числе фибринолитиков и вазодилататоров, и транслюминальной баллонной ангиопластике спазмированных артерий. Представлены результаты проводимых исследований.
