ГИПОТАЛАМИЧЕСКАЯ ГАМАРТОМА: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация

Цель исследования – провести анализ научной литературы, посвященной вопросам диагностики и лечения гипоталамических гамартом.
Материалы и методы. Изучены данные 90 научных источников, опубликованных в 1948–2019 гг.
Результаты. Описана клиническая картина гипоталамических гамартом, разнообразные их классификации, особенности нейровизуализационных и нейрофизиологических методов диагностики, патоморфологического исследования, а также способы хирургического лечения.
Заключение. Трансназальное удаление – перспективный минимально инвазивный метод лечения гипоталамических гамартом IV и V типов по классификации J. Régis и соавт. Согласно данным научной литературы, для удаления I–IV типов гамартом могут быть применены стереотаксические методы деструкции, для II и III типов методом выбора считается эндоскопический трансвентрикулярный доступ, а при IV и V типах может быть выполнено трансназальное транссфеноидальное эндоскопическое удаление.
