Возможности применения аденозин-индуцированной кардиоплегии при микрохирургическом лечении аневризм сосудов головного мозга

Аннотация
Цель исследования – анализ результатов применения аденозин-индуцированной кардиоплегии при клипировании аневризм сосудов головного мозга.
Материалы и методы. В исследование вошли 15 больных, прооперированных в период с 2016 по 2017 г. в РНХИ им. А.Л. Поленова.
Результаты. Во всех случаях удалось полностью выключить аневризму из кровообращения. Никаких осложнений, связанных с введением аденозина, не наблюдалось. Показано, что медикаментозная кардиоплегия может применяться при невозможности наложения временного клипса вследствие изменения приводящих сосудов. Введение аденозина полезно и при «простых» аневризмах, так как приводит к смягчению мешка без дополнительной травмы.
Заключение. Сочетание медикаментозной кардиоплегии и временного клипирования позволяет обеспечить лучший контроль над возможным интраоперационным кровотечением и более комфортное позиционирование постоянного клипса на шейке аневризмы.
