Первичная лимфома центральной нервной системы: клиника , диагностика , современные подходы к лечению

Аннотация

В связи с ростом числа выявляемости первичной лимфомы центральной нервной системы (ПЛ ЦНС) у людей среднего и пожилого возраста в настоящее время достаточно остро стоит проблема своевременной диагностики и адекватного лечения данного заболевания. Настоящая статья представляет собой сжатый обзор проблемы диагностики и сравнительной оценки эффективности методов лечения ПЛЦНС. Представлены основные гистологические формы лимфомы, локализация опухолевого поражения и нейровизуализационные характеристики, особенности применения хирургии, лучевой и химиотерапии.
