Роль ламинопластики в лечении многоуровневого стеноза шейного отдела позвоночника с наличием миелопатии

Аннотация

Цель. Обзор литературы о хирургическом лечении стеноза позвоночного канала на шейном уровне с наличием миелопатии, методом ламинопластики. Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ 46 публикаций международной базы данных Pubmed и отечественной литературы. Использовались следующие ключевые слова: стеноз позвоночного канала, миелопатия, ламинопластика. Все статьи были опубликованы с 1963 г. по 2015 г. Результаты. Многие исследования указывают на эффективность ламинопластики в лечении многоуровневого стеноза шейного отдела позвоночника с наличием миелопатии. Частота положительных исходов, по данным разных авторов, составляет 50 - 70%. Заключение. Правильный отбор пациентов для выполнения ламинопластики дает хорошие клинические результаты в лечении многоуровнего стеноза шейного отдела позвоночника с наличием миелопатии.
