МЕЖОСТИСТАЯ ФИКСАЦИЯ В ХИРУРГИИ ПОЯСНИЧНОГО ОСТЕОХОНДРОЗА

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены современные данные, касающиеся применения межостистой фиксации позвонков в хирургии дегенеративно-дистрофических заболеваний поясничного отдела позвоночника. Дано биомеханическое обоснование применения имплантатов данного типа. Приведены результаты наиболее значимых исследований клинической эффективности межостистой фиксации позвонков. Представлены данные исследований, сравнивающих эффективность межостистой фиксации позвонков с другими хирургическими методами лечения поясничного остеохондроза. Рассмотрены показания и противопоказания к применению этой технологии.
