Surgical treatment of patients with bilateral occlusive and stenotic diseases of brachiocephalic arteries

Objective: to estimate the surgical treatment strategy at patients with bilateral occlusive and stenotic diseases of brachiocephalic arteries because of atherosclerotic damage.
