Биохимические маркеры черепно-мозговой травмы

Аннотация

Представлен обзор литературы, посвященный современным биохимическим маркерам, применяемым при диагностике, оценке эффективности лечения и прогнозе исходов у пострадавших с черепномозговой травмой (ЧМТ). Изложены основные требования, предъявляемые на сегодняшний день к современным биохимическим маркерам. Подробно описаны преимущества, недостатки и область применения наиболее изученных и используемых в клинической практике биохимических маркеров ЧМТ: протеина S-100β, нейрон-специфической енолазы, глиального фибриллярного кислого протеина, протеина С-tau, продуктов распада спектрина и маркеров апоптоза (каспазы-3, протеина Fas и белков bcl-2).
