Венозная реваскуляризация головного мозга при менингиомах

Аннотация
Введение. Менингиомы, в большинстве своем доброкачественные опухоли, могут становиться проблемой как при их труднодоступной локализации, так и при поражении ими близлежащих синусов головного мозга. В таком случае перед хирургом встает ряд вопросов, связанных с диагностикой, предоперационным планированием и выбором тактики лечения этих больных. Выбор в пользу реваскуляризации венозного русла не всегда однозначен в силу отсутствия четких показаний и противопоказаний к этому вмешательству. Авторы представляют обзор литературы, освещающий проблему венозной реваскуляризации головного мозга при менингиомах. Цель работы – анализ статей, посвященных теме хирургического лечения менингиом при поражении венозной системы головного мозга.
Заключение. По результатам работы представлен критический анализ приведенной литературы, показывающий недостаточную разработанность проблемы лечения пациентов с такими опухолями на данный момент. В дальнейших клинических исследованиях стоит уточнить как технические моменты при удалении данных опухолей, так и более глубоко проработать показания и противопоказания для этих больных.
