Истмический спондилолистез: современное состояние проблемы

Аннотация
Истмический спондилолистез – распространенная в популяции патология, зачастую диагностируемая у лиц трудоспособного возраста. По вопросам этиопатогенеза, а также классификации данной патологии у исследователей нет единого мнения. В настоящий момент в литературе приведены противоречивые данные о клинических особенностях, диагностике и тактике лечения.
Цель работы – представление актуальных сведений из мировой литературы об особенностях этиологии, классификации, клиники, диагностики, лечения пациентов с истмическим спондилолистезом.
