ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНЫЕ МОДЕЛИ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ СОСУДИСТОГО СПАЗМА ПРИ НЕТРАВМАТИЧЕСКОМ СУБАРАХНОИДАЛЬНОМ КРОВОИЗЛИЯНИИ IN VIVO

Аннотация

Проведен анализ данных литературы по моделированию сосудистого спазма при нетравматических субарахноидальных кровоизлияниях на различных лабораторных животных (обезьяны, собаки, крысы). Обсуждены основные методики моделирования спазма, особенности его оценки в эксперименте, сопоставимость результатов экспериментальных данных с клиническими. Рассмотрена потенциальная возможность изучения различных способов профилактики и лечения сосудистого спазма на конкретных биологических моделях. Отдельное внимание уделено особенностям моделирования спазма у «небольших» лабораторных животных, в частности крыс.
