С января 2017 г. по май 2019 г. в Межрегиональном клинико-диагностическом центре (Казань) прошли лечение 117 пациентов с субарахноидальным кровоизлиянием в остром периоде. Клипирование выполнено у 59 пациентов, эндоваскулярная окклюзия — у 58. Вазоспазм различной степени тяжести по данным транскраниальной доплерографии выявлен у 115 (98,2 %) пациентов. Ангиопластика церебральных артерий со стент-ассистенцией c применением стента-ретривера pRESET (Phenox, Германия) выполнена у 3 пациентов с рефрактерным к медикаментозной терапии вазоспазмом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. После ангиопластики со стент-ассистенцией у всех пациентов наблюдалось снижение линейной скорости кровотока по данным транскраниальной доплерографии и регресс неврологической симптоматики. Осложнений, связанных с выполнением вмешательства, не наблюдали.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Ангиопластика церебральных артерий с применением стент-ретриверных технологий может рассматриваться как дополнительный вариант лечения симптомного вазоспазма в остром периоде субарахноидального кровоизлияния.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective is to describe clinical observations and literature data of possibility of using stent retriever technologies as a new treatment for cerebral vasospasm.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In the period from January 2017 to May 2019, 117 patients in the acute period of subarachnoid hemorrhage were treated at the Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center (Kazan). Clipping was performed in 59 patients, endovascular occlusion in 58 patients. Vasospasm of varying severity estimated according to transcranial Doppler ultrasonography was observed in 115 (98.2 %) patients. Stent-assisted angioplasty was performed in three patients with vasospasm refractory to medical therapy using stent-retriever pRESET (Phenox, Germany).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The clinical efficacy of stent-assisted angioplasty with decreasing in speed indicators according to transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and neurological symptoms was achieved in all patients. No complications were observed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
