Обобщены и структурированы знания о методах эндоскопической аспирации гипертензивных внутричерепных гематом, даны рекомендации по применению тех или иных методов в зависимости от типа кровоизлияния и технического оснащения. Эндоскопическая аспирация представлена эффективной методикой, позволяющей осуществить малотравматичное удаление внутримозговых и внутрижелудочковых гематом почти любой локализации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Based on first-hand experience and literature data, the authors present detailed descriptions of different types of endoscopic interventions for intracerebral and intraventricular hemorrhages removal using rigid and flexible endoscopes, ports and trocars for ventricular surgery. Knowledge on techniques of endoscopic aspiration of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhages is structured and summarized, recommendations on use of different techniques depending on the type of hemorrhage and available equipment are presented.
