Описаны возможности инструментальных методов в выявлении данной патологии, а также особенности ее дифференциальной диагностики. Перечислены методы хирургического лечения дегенеративного стеноза, приведены данные о их эффективности у пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста. Обсуждаются особенности анестезии и факторы риска неблагоприятного исхода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review provides current data on the available literature on pathophysiology and clinical features of degenerative spinal canal stenosis in age-related patients. The possibilities of modern instrumental diagnostics of this pathology are described, a differential clinical diagnosis of lumbar stenosis is presented. Methods of surgical treatment of degenerative stenosis are described. The data on the effectiveness of surgical treatment, including in elderly patients.
