Лекция посвящена редкому заболеванию, которое неизвестно широкому кругу нейрохирургов, – спинальной дуральной артериовенозной фистуле. Представлены данные об этиологии, клинической картине заболевания и тактике его лечения.

The lecture is dedicated to spinal dural arteriovenous fistula – infrequent disorder which not well known among wide range of neurosurgeons. The findings on etiology, clinic and treatment are presented.
