Burdenko National Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery, Ministry of Health of Russia</institution><country>Russian Federation</country></aff></aff-alternatives><pub-date pub-type="collection"><year>2018</year></pub-date><pub-date pub-type="epub"><day>24</day><month>04</month><year>2018</year></pub-date><volume>20</volume><issue>1</issue><fpage>94</fpage><lpage>102</lpage><permissions><copyright-statement>Copyright &amp;#x00A9; Лихтерман Л.Б., 2018</copyright-statement><copyright-year>2018</copyright-year><copyright-holder xml:lang="ru">Лихтерман Л.Б.</copyright-holder><copyright-holder xml:lang="en">Likhterman L.B.</copyright-holder><license xml:lang="ru" license-type="creative-commons-attribution" xlink:href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/" xlink:type="simple"><license-p>Данная работа распространяется под лицензией Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.</license-p></license><license xml:lang="en" license-type="creative-commons-attribution" xlink:href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/" xlink:type="simple"><license-p>This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License.</license-p></license></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://www.therjn.com/jour/article/view/518">https://www.therjn.com/jour/article/view/518</self-uri><abstract><p>Раскрыто понятие «философия нейрохирургии», включающее генезис, смысл и предназначение этой клинической дисциплины и нейронауки, базисные принципы, закономерности развития и направленности исследований и лечения нейропатологии, междисциплинарные связи, постижение средств и методов для появления научных, клинических, технологических и гуманитарных знаний применительно к задачам нейрохирургии, а также мировоззрение нейрохирургов.</p><p>Показано, как практически реализуется философия нейрохирургии через клиническое мышление и концептуальные подходы к оперативным вмешательствам на головном и спинном мозге.</p><p>Обоснована важность философских позиций при разработке нового направления – превентивной нейрохирургии.</p><p>Раскрыто, как философские подходы позволяют успешно противостоять гипоскиллии и синдрому разобщения врача с пациентом.</p><p>Разработка философии нейрохирургии позволяет сохранить как целостность восприятия этой клинической дисциплины при нарастающей ее технологизации и дифференциации, так и системный подход к больному.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The concept Philosophy of Neurosurgery, including genesis, meaning and purpose of this clinical discipline and neuroscience, basic principles, patterns of development and direction of research and treatment of neuropathology, interdisciplinary connections, comprehension of means and methods for the emergence of scientific, clinical, technological and humanitarian knowledge in relation to the tasks of neurosurgery, as well as the worldview of neurosurgeons, is revealed.</p><p>It is shown how the philosophy of neurosurgery is practically realized through clinical thinking and conceptual approaches to the surgical interventions on the brain and spinal cord.</p><p>Justified the importance of philosophical positions in the development of a new direction is preventive neurosurgery.</p><p>It is revealed how philosophical approaches allow successfully resist the hipoxillia and syndrome of the patient-physician separation.
