Обзор литературы о клиническом применении ультразвуковой навигации в хирургическом лечении спинного мозга и нервных корешков.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ 79 публикаций международной базы данных Pubmed, в которых использован метод ультразвуковой навигации у пациентов с экстрамедуллярными и интрамедуллярными опухолями, сирингомиелией, арахноидальными кистами, аномалией Арнольда-Киари. Работы были опубликованы с 1984 г. до января 2017 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Метод интраоперационного ультразвукового исследования позволяет проводить навигацию в режиме реального времени, предоставляя хирургу изображения структур не доступных прямой визуализации в высоком качестве, что позволяет оптимизировать хирургические манипуляции.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: Метод интраоперационного ультразвукового исследования в хирургии спинного мозга и нервных корешков является перспективным, простым в обучении, эффективным для интраоперационной визуализации, не требующим высоких экономических затрат. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Literature review dedicated to clinical usage of ultrasound navigation in surgical treatment of spinal cord and nerve roots.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Authors analyzed 79 papers from 1984 to 2017 of Pubmed database dedicating to ultrasound navigation in patients with extramedullary and intramedullary tumors, syringomyelia, arachnoid cysts, Arnold—Chiari malformation.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
