Показан современный взгляд на хирургическую тактику в зависимости от периода травматической болезни, степени смещения отломков, направления дислокации в атланто-аксиальном комплексе, целостности вторичного связочного аппарата С1-С2, а также в аспекте применения минимально инвазивных методик.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents the modern methods of surgical treatment of C1 and C2 injuries in their routine way and with the usage of minimally invasive technique.
