Новосибирска, в отделение сосудистой нейрохирургии, в плановом порядке госпитализирован пациент 57 лет, с диагнозом:  облитерирующий атеросклероз, субтотальный стеноз устья левой общей сонной артерии.  Хроническая сосудисто-мозговая недостаточность 2-й степени.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Выполнено стентирование устья левой общей сонной артерии из ретроградного транскаротидного доступа с применением баллон-расширяемого стента.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: В статье сделан акцент на технические моменты хирургии, которые позволят успешно применять данную технику операции при лечении проксимальных стенозов брахиоцефальных артерий.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to estimate the technical aspects and safety of surgical treatment of isolated stenosis of common carotid artery (CCA) orifice using endovascular technique from retrograde transcarotid approach.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: patient 57 years old was admitted to hospital in scheduled way with diagnosis of atherosclerosis, subtotal stenosis of CCA orifice, chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The stenting of CCA orifice was performed via retrograde transcarotid approach using balloon-expanded stent.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: this article made an accent on technical aspects of such surgery which allows successfully using the mentioned method for treatment of proximal stenosis of brachiocephalic arteries.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ретроградное стентирование</kwd><kwd>стеноз брахиоцефальных артерий</kwd><kwd>облитерирующий атеросклероз</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Retrograde stenting</kwd><kwd>stenosis brachiocephalic artery</kwd><kwd>obliterating atherosclerosis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Allie D.E., Hebert C.J., Lirtzman M.D., et al.
