В статье речь пойдет о менингиомах, мезенхимальных  неменинготелиальных опухолях и гемангиоперицитомах. Предоперационная верификация  гистологического подтипа и плотности опухолей мозговых оболочек влияют на подходы и  прогнозы хирургического лечения. Анализ структуры этой группы новообразований на  сегодняшний день производится с помощью различных МР-модальностей. В настоящей  статье приведен анализ работы разработанного нами алгоритма обработки МР-изображений для дооперационной верификации гистологического типа и подтипа опухолей  оболочек мозга.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проанализированы МРТ данные и заключения гистологического анализа 47 пациентов. МРТ головного мозга перед оперативным лечением проводилось на  МР томографах: GE Signa 1.5 T, Toshiba Excelart Vantage. 1.5 T , Toshiba Atlas — XGV, 1.5 T. В  исследуемых группах у 31 пациента были доброкачественные менингиомы (Grade I): 13 пациентов с менинготелиоматозным субтипом, 10 с фибропластическим и 8 с переходным  субтипом. У одного пациента был переходный тип менингиомы (атипическая менингиома, GR ADE II). Шесть пациентов имели злокачественный тип менингиом (GR ADE III), у 6 других  больных диагностировали гемангиоперицитомы и у 3 — первичные интракраниальные саркомы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Чувствительность алгоритма для определения фибропластического, менинготелиоматозного субтипа менингиом, анапластических и атипических менингиом,  включая первичные интракраниальные фибросаркомы и гемангиоперицитомы, составила от  91 до 94,2% для томографов разных производителей.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Разработанный алгоритм с высокой чувствительностью и специфичностью верифицирует гистологический тип и субтип опухолей мозговых оболочек при анализе  магнитно-резонансных томограмм. Однако смещение интервалов пиков гистограмм при  обработке МР-изображений томографов разных производителей предопределяет проведение дальнейших исследований.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: Meningeal tumors present the large group of different mass lesion. This article describes meningiomas, hemangiopericytomas and various non-meningeal  mesenchymal tumors. Preoperative verification of histological  subtype and meningeal tumor density influences of treatment  strategy selection and prognosis of surgical outcomes. Nowadays the analysis of these mass lesions is performed using various MRI methods.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to analyze the development algorithm of MRI images processing for preoperative verification of histological type and subtype of meningeal tumors .</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: We analyzed MRI data and histological final conclusion of 47 patients. Preoperative brain MRI performed using  the following devices: GE Signa 1.5 T, Toshiba Excelart Vantage. 1.5  T, Toshiba Atlas — XGV, 1.5 T. Among all examined patients 31  patients had benign meningiomas (Grade I): 13 —  meningotheliomatous subtype, 10 — fibroplastyc subtype and 8 —  intermediate subtype. One patient had intermediate type of  meningioma (atypical meningioma, GR ADE II), 6 patients had  malignant type of meningiomas (GR ADE III), 6 others — hemangiopericytomas and 3 patients suffered from primary intracranial sarcomas.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Sensitivity of algorithm for verification of fibroplastic and meningotheliomatous subtypes of meningiomas, anaplastic and  atypical meningiomas including primary intracranial sarcomas and  hemangiopericytomas consists of 91 — 94,2% for tomographs of various companies.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: The developed algorithm with high sensitivity and specify verifies histological type and subtype of meningeal tumors  while analyzing MR tomograms.
