Авторами представлено клиническое наблюдение использования трансцилиарной супраорбиталь-ной краниотомии при неразорвавшейся аневризме в области задней соединительной артерии. Материалы и методы. Обсуждены показания и противопоказания к мини-инвазивной хирургии аневризм, а также хирургическая техника. Результаты. В условиях опытной бригады нейрохирургов супраорбитальный keyhole-доступ при адекватном отборе пациентов доказал свою высокую эффективность и безопасность. Заключение. Несмотря на малые размеры краниотомии супраорбитальный доступ позволяет адекватно визуализировать необходимые интракраниальные структуры.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. to present the clinical case of transciliary supraorbital craniotomy for the clipping of unruptured aneurysm of the posterior communicating artery. Material and methods. The indications and contraindications for minimally invasive surgery of aneurysms as well as surgical technique are discussed. Results. The supraorbital keyhole approach to anterior circulation aneurysms under condition of adequate patients’ selection has confirmed its high efficacy and safety in the hand of experienced neurosurgical team. Conclusion.
