Пациенту в отдаленном постгеморрагическом периоде проведена микрохирургическая операция: треп-пинг-клипирование аневризмы правой ЗНМА после создания интра-интракраниального анастомоза по типу «бок в бок» между правой и левой ЗНМА. Выбор в пользу данного типа операции был обусловлен необходимостью выключения аневризмы вместе с несущей её ЗНМА. Создание анастомоза по типу «бок в бок» между обеими ЗНМА является наиболее оптимальной реваскуляризирующей операцией при сложных (фузиформных) аневризмах проксимальных отделов ЗНМА и может быть применено как первый этап перед деконструктивной микрохирургической или эндоваскулярной операцией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The clinical case of successful microsurgical treatment of 52 year-old man with proximal fusiform aneurysm of the right posterior-inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) is presented. This patient underwent microsurgical trapping of the right PICA aneurysm after the performance of intra-intracranial side-to-side bypass between the right and left PICA in delayed period of subarachoid hemorrhage.
