Материалы и методы: с 2008 по 2013 гг. В НИИ СП им. Н.В. Склифосовского были прооперированы 70 пациентов, страдающих дегенеративно-дистрофическими заболеваниями позвоночника, которым во время операции установили динамические имплантаты: DCI, «Эндокарбон» и «М6» на шейном уровне, Coflex, DIAM, Interspinal U, Cosmic-mia и Legacy - на поясничном уровне. Результаты: в отдаленном периоде после операции все имплантаты на поясничном уровне выполняли свою динамическую функцию, но не все имплантаты сохраняли подвижность в шейном отделе позвоночника, в частности, динамические кейджи обрастают костной тканью с формированием спондилодеза. Заключение: использование динамических имплантатов в хирургии дегенеративных заболеваний шейного и поясничного отделов позвоночника оправдано. Для оценки их эффективности необходимы сроки наблюдения за больными, превышающие 12 месяцев с момента операции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The rigid fusion of vertebral column leads to pathological redistribution of loads on the spine and to development of adjacent level syndrome. The dynamic implants, which allow saving the mobility in operated spinal motion segment, are placed to prevent the development of such complication. Objective: to estimate the surgical treatment outcomes at patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of cervical and lumbar spine who underwent the placement of dynamic implants. Materials and methods: We operated 70 patients suffered from degenerative-dystrophic spinal diseases, who underwent the placement of various dynamic implants («DCI», «Endocarbon” and “M6” in the cervical level; «Coflex», «DIAM», «Interspinal U», «Cosmic-mia» and «Legacy» at the lumbar level) from 2008 till 2013 in Scientific Research Institute of Emergency Care n.a. N.V. Sklifosovskiy.
