Передняя клиноидэктомия имеет огромное преимущество при выключении из кровотока аневризм параклиноидной локализации, при этом несет потенциальный риск развития послеоперационной назальной ликвореи. Развитие назальной ликвореи может привести к различным интракраниальным гнойно-воспалительным осложнениям. Консервативное лечение назальной ликвореи не является эффективным, при этом на сегодняшний день нет разработанной тактики хирургического лечения данного осложнения. В статье описано успешное хирургическое лечение послеоперационной назальной ликвореи после резекции переднего наклоненного отростка с помощью эндоскопической трансназальной пластики дефекта основания черепа с использованием ауто- и ксенотрансплантатов.

Anterior clinoidectomy has a significant advantage in excluding paraclinoid aneurysms from the blood flow, but it carries a potential risk of developing postoperative cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea. Development of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea can lead to various intracranial purulent-inflammatory complications. Conservative treatment of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea is not effective, and currently, there is no established surgical strategy for this complication. This article describes a successful surgical treatment of postoperative cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea following resection of the anterior clinoid process using endoscopic transnasal repair of the skull base defect using autografts and xenografts.
