Гемифациальный спазм (ГФС) представляет собой хроническое состояние, которое существенно влияет на качество жизни пациентов. В настоящее время отсутствуют стандартизированные шкалы для оценки степени выраженности данного заболевания и влияния на качество жизни как при хирургическом, так и при консервативном лечении.</p><p>Цель работы – анализ данных литературы по существующим в настоящее время инструментам оценки степени тяжести ГФС, качества жизни таких пациентов и эффективности лечения данной патологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Поиск опубликованных данных проводили в электронных базах данных MEDLINE (PubMed) и РИНЦ (eLIBRARY).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Проанализированы имеющиеся на сегодняшний день шкалы, их основные достоинства и недостатки. Шкалы, оценивающие тяжесть ГФС: балльно-рейтинговая шкала, шкала Tan, шкала общего клинического впечатления (CGI-S), шкала Chong для оценки ГФС, шкала оценки ГФС (HSGS). Шкалы, оценивающие качество жизни пациентов с ГФС: HFS-7, Cohen, HFS-30. Инструменты, оценивающие эффективность васкулярной декомпрессии: классификация оценки оперативного лечения ГФС, шкала N. Shorr. Представлены данные исследований (более 50 участников), в которых применялись вышеперечисленные шкалы.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Для сбора наиболее полной информации о состоянии пациентов рекомендуем использовать несколько инструментов оценки всех аспектов ГФС.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Hemifacial spasm (HFS) is a chronic condition that significantly affects patients’ quality of life. Currently, there are no standardized scales to assess the severity of this condition and the impact on quality of life in both surgical and conservative treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To highlight the currently existing tools for assessing HFS severity, as well as the quality of life and the effectiveness of treatment of this pathology.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A search of published data in electronic databases MEDLINE (PubMed) and RSCI (eLIBRARY) was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The main advantages and disadvantages of currently available scales for assessing the severity of HFS (score-rating scale, Tan scale, Clinical General Impression Scale (CGI-S), Chong scale for assessing HFS, Hemifacial Spasm Grading Scale (HSGS)), quality of life of patients with HFS (HFS-7, Cohen scale, HFS-30 scale), as well as the effectiveness of vascular decompression (classification of assessment of surgical treatment of HFS, scale proposed by N. Shorr) were analyzed. Data from studies including more than 50 participants in which the above scales were used are also presented.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
