Отечественные протоколы лечения позвоночно-спинальной травмы не дают четких рекомендаций по консервативному лечению этой категории пациентов. Зарубежные протоколы предусматривают возможность проведения консервативной терапии в случае незначительных степеней кифоза и компрессии тела позвонка. К настоящему времени опубликовано большое количество исследований, посвященных консервативной терапии при неосложненных переломах грудного и поясничного отделов позвоночника. Согласно имеющимся данным, основными показаниями к ее проведению являются компрессионно-оскольчатые переломы типа А по классификации AOSpine с компрессией просвета позвоночного канала ˂50 % и кифотической деформацией ˂30–35°.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The expediency of conducting conservative therapy for uncomplicated compression fractures of the thoracic and lumbar spine is one of the most controversial in the scientific medical literature. Domestic protocols for the treatment of spinal cord injury do not provide clear recommendations for the conservative treatment of this category of patients. Foreign protocols consider the possibility of in the case of minor degrees of kyphosis and compression of the vertebral body. Thus, to date, a large number of studies have been published on the use of the method of conservative therapy for uncomplicated fractures of the thoracic and lumbar spine.
