В настоящее время в зависимости от нозологии и хирургического плана лечения пациента используют различные варианты передней и задней стабилизации краниовертебрального сочленения, а также их комбинации. Цель нашей работы – освещение современных методик стабилизации краниовертебрального сочленения, выявление их преимуществ и недостатков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Various neoplasms, injuries, as well as congenital and acquired abnormalities of the craniovertebral region can lead to instability of the craniovertebral junction. Currently, depending on the nosology and surgical treatment plan of the patient, various options for anterior and posterior stabilization of the craniovertebral junction, as well as their combinations, are used.
