На основании собственного опыта представлены особенности эндоскопического забора n. suralis у детей для выполнения реконструктивных вмешательств на периферических нервах. Четверым пациентам в возрасте от 6 до 14 лет с различными поражениями периферических нервов с целью пластики пораженного нерва выполняли эндоскопический забор n. suralis. Ни в одном наблюдении не потребовалось выполнение дополнительных разрезов на коже. В послеоперационном периоде не отмечено каких-либо инфекционных осложнений. При динамическом наблюдении в течение 2 мес каких-либо жалоб, связанных с нарушениями чувствительности, не было.

The features of n. suralis endoscopic taking at children for reconstructive operations ion peripheral nerves are presented based on our own experience. The endoscopic taking of n. suralis for injured nerve plasty was performed at 4 patients at the age from 6 till 14 years old suffered from various pathologies of peripheral nerves. There were no addition skin incisions in all presented cases as well as no infectious complications in postoperative period. The 2-months follow up period revealed no complains about sensation disorders.
