Представлено довольно редкое наблюдение локализации туберкулемы центральной нервной системы, клинически проявившей себя как объемное образование пинеальной области. Описана тактика хирургического лечения с учетом сложной локализации образования и клинической манифестации заболевания.

The clinical case of a rare localization of central nervous system tuberculoma appearing as mass lesion in pineal region is presented. The surgical treatment strategy is described taking into account the tuberculoma localization and its clinical onset.
