Описано редкое клиническое наблюдение развития гипонатриемии с исходом в последующем в несахарный диабет после операции одноэтапного клипирования гигантской параклиноидной аневризмы левой ВСА и аневризмы бифуркации правой ВСА контралатеральным доступом. В работе также затронуты вопросы дифференциальной диагностики и лечения гипонатриемии, а также возможные хирургические причины этого осложнения.

The rare clinical case of postoperative hyponatremia with henceforth development of diabetes insipidus followed by one-stage clipping of giant left ICA paraclinoid aneurysm and small aneurysm of right ICA bifurcation is presented. The differential diagnosis, treatment and surgical causes for such complication development are discussed.
