Изложены современные данные о выборе наиболее рациональной тактики хирургического лечения пациентов с данной патологией. Обозначены актуальные, остающиеся нерешенными вопросы, что диктует необходимость проведения крупных рандомизированных плацебо‑контролируемых клинических исследований с включением результатов последних в систематические обзоры и метаанализы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the study – to present an analysis of clinical trials to study the clinical efficacy and safety of the technique of percutaneous laser decompression of intervertebral discs based on a review of Russian and foreign studies.</p><p>The review article presents modern literature data covering the issues of indications, contraindications, technique, efficacy and safety of percutaneous laser disc decompression in patients with degenerative disease of the lumbar intervertebral discs. The publication present modern data on the choice of the most rational tactics for surgical treatment of patients with this pathology.
