Выключение и иссечение гигантских фузиформных аневризм М2-сегмента средней мозговой артерии возможно в сочетании с дополнительной интра-интракраниальной реваскуляризацией. Данный вариант оперативного лечения применим в случаях, когда выполнение реконструктивной операции или создание экстра-интракраниального микроанастомоза не представляется возможным и существует необходимость предотвращения ишемических нарушений. Возникновение гигантских фузиформных аневризм в молодом возрасте обусловлено не атеросклерозом, а соединительно-тканными нарушениями в стенках артерий.

The clipping and resection of giant fusiform aneurysms of M2-segment of middle cerebral artery is possible with the usage of additional intra-intracranial revascularization. This operative technique is useful if the performance of reconstructive operation or extra-intracranial bypass is not possible as well as in the case of necessity of ischemic complications prevention. The development of giant fusiform cerebral aneurysms at young patients is caused by defects of connective tissue in arterial walls instead of atherosclerotic changes at elderly patients.
