Переломы грудного и поясничного отделов позвоночника – наиболее распространенные повреждения, с которыми сталкивается нейрохирург в своей практике. Классификация повреждений важна для стандартизации описания переломов позвонков, сбора статистических данных. Большое значение придается таким параметрам классификации, как полнота, надежность и воспроизводимость результатов. В представленной работе приведено подробное иллюстрированное описание наиболее важных классификаций повреждений грудного и поясничного отделов позвоночника.

Fractures of the thoracic and lumbar spine are the main volume of injuries in the surgical practice of a neurosurgeon. Classification of injuries is important for standardizing the description of vertebral fractures and collecting statistical data. Important classification parameters are completeness, reliability, and reproducibility. In this paper, a detailed description and illustration of the most significant classifications of injuries of the thoracic and lumbar spine is carried out.
